1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the VANTAGE platform, available at vantage.arcstead.com, operated from Luxembourg.

2. Access

Access to VANTAGE is free for buyers and tenants. Real estate agents must be registered with a partner agency to publish listings.

3. Responsibilities

VANTAGE acts solely as an intermediary. The accuracy of listing information is the sole responsibility of the agencies that publish it.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform content (design, text, logos) is protected under Luxembourg intellectual property law. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

5. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Luxembourg and EU data protection regulations (GDPR).

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Luxembourg City.
